State Representative Lori VanWinkle filed HB 1373, the North Dakota Prenatal Equal Protection Act, which would abolish abortion in North Dakota by establishing equal protection for preborn children. North Dakota has the chance to make history and become the first state to truly abolish abortion by bringing our abortion law into compliance with the U.S. Constitution and God’s Word.

We can’t do that without the Church.

We need every Christian to speak up and be a voice for the voiceless if we have any hope of ending the systemic child sacrifice that is plaguing our nation. God’s Word tells us to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. (Proverbs 31:8)

What does equal protection for pre-born babies mean? It simply means that the same laws that protect born people from homicide are extended to the pre-born as well. This is much different than pro-life legislation which extends blanket legal immunity to women who murder their pre-born child. Those that oppose equal protection under the law for the unborn either do not believe the fetus is a person or they support violating God’s Word and the U.S. Constitution.
