HB 1511, relating to vaccine passports and limitations on requiring documentation of COVID-19 vaccinations, was passed into law during ND’s 67th Legislative Special Session in November 2021.

HB 1514 bans the medical board from taking action against doctors or nurse practitioners who prescribe Ivermectin and against pharmacists who fill the prescriptions.
